My Solution
Focus on things that make me happy, set new priorities, and accept the fact that things are better the way they are now. I don’t need these negative feelings anymore.
Things that help me go to sleep
Leaving the fan on (on timer for 30 minutes) even with my blanket on.
Having my blanket on no matter how hot it is
Having music play on my laptop
Having nothing to think about or worry about
Laying on my side
Knowing that I have no where to be the next morning

Key Leader was fun! Although it was different than expected and a LITTLE bit disappointing, (I thought we’d do more camp activities like hiking, rock climbing, etc) it turned out to be okay!
Cabin 4! The nightly cabin talks were rather interesting..
